Hello!

Welcome to Triple R Tapping! I help individuals who’ve been through difficult or traumatic experiences gently release their emotional and physical triggers through Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or tapping, so they feel safer, calmer, and more present and balanced in their daily lives.

I am an EFT practitioner. I am walking the journey of hurting, healing, and growing alongside you. My desire is through sharing my story and the outcomes of others you will find hope and healing too!

Hi! My name is Shylah. 

I am a middle-aged Christian woman (not sure when I became “middle-aged” but according to the U.S. Census this is my age bracket – what the heck!).

I am also a wife, mother of twins, daughter, grandma, sister, friend, educator and now my love and passion, a “tapper!” which led to my clinical certification as an emotional freedom techniques (EFT) practitioner.  Wow – that is a mouthful!

What People Have To Say About Tapping. . .

“Too Good to Believe”

I waited about 28 hours before writing this because I felt almost too good to believe it after our session. The thing that remains the same is that the 3 main challenges we tapped on have no hooks or claws anymore. I can still see them as events that happened, but my response to them is much flatter, not an immediate spike or triggering.

I think you should absolutely do an EFT session. Go in with an open mind and optimism about how much you can achieve. Also be patient and kind with yourself as you work through hard stuff. You’re worth it.
